We have at the heart of our brand, a deep respect for the craftsmanship and traditional methods of silversmithing. Some of these methods have been passed down, through generations of smiths. We celebrate the silversmiths’ dedication to quality, ensuring each piece in our collection is thoughtfully forged by hand, and the nature of this is a slow process. Our new designs take time to be created either from a wax casting process, or individually customised to the demands of the design with the different gemstones used for each piece. Most of our pieces are one of a kind, as we work with different gemstones based on their availability and affordabilty.
Our silversmith workshops are based in Bali, Indonesia and our brand works with the Balinese, Javanese, and Sasak people.
Savage Archipelago’s belief is that luxury should be accessible. This is why we are committed to offer our customers an extraordinary experience without compromising on affordability.
We source for gemstones directly, instead of working with middlemen sellers who sell piecemeal. We work with the second and third generation of gemstone dealers’ family business, whose relationships with the miners and gem-cutters go back a long time. This ensures the quality of the gemstones and they can also guarantee that the gemstones are ethically sourced. We select the gemstones ourselves, and we often work with the raw stones to create special cuts - baguette bar cut, heart shape and asscher cuts are some of the recent cuts we feature in our designs, all custom cut to our specifications.
We love to use natural gemstones sourced from all over the world. Tourmalines, Moonstones, Spinels, Garnets, Opals and South Sea pearls feature often in our collections. Our collections also feature Amethyst, Tanzanite, Jade, Rose Quartz and Clear Quartz, Morganite, Citrine and Amazonite - as well as ceramic glass and Moissanite, as the only lab grown materials we use.
For custom designs we offer precious gems such as Ruby, Sapphire, Emeralds and recommend one of our existing designs that would work well with the size and shape of your gemstone purchase.
As we work with silversmiths directly, there is a possibility to repair any piece that you have bought from us with a lifetime warranty, as long as we remain in business.
We devote ourselves to create jewelry pieces that blend the timeless charm of old world craftsmanship with modern sophistication, offering durable, and comfortable designs that are perfect for everyday wear.

We are known for our ring designs, and have crafted bestselling designs to suit any cut of gemstone. For our customers, the PICCOLO ring with a baby signet look, is designed to be durable for everyday wear. We recommend the CUPOLA ring design for oval or round cabochons and faceted gemstones, an elegant design that does well in a stacked version as well. Our simple stacking ring design remain popular for its affordability and wearability. The long baguette bar cuts and the squarish, emerald cuts of gemstones would be perfect for our LINEA Series.
We recommend our new ALIRAN Series to set off the sparkle of faceted, colored gemstones such as heart shape moissanites. We are able to customise from a small US Size 3 to men sizes up to US Size 11.

There are different waiting times throughout the year for the creation of these pieces, that can range from 2 to 6 months. We will produce as close to the time frame as possible and prefer to accept customers who are willing to wait, who are already our existing customers. We have a longer slow made process for designs requiring hammered or textured details.
Bespoke pieces are created featuring precious gemstones and made with 18 K gold (in white, yellow, or rose gold). Because we work directly with Sri Lankan gem dealer families, we can source large or rare gemstones for this purpose. Prices for bespoke pieces differ from custom and a quotation, with a deposit, is required to start.

We try to give back to the community we’ve known while aiding in disaster relief in the Lombok earthquake. Our social impact projects include renting a small shop in Gili Air, Lombok and building a prawn farm. This provides opportunities for income along with business learnings.
Sustainability is something we value and this guides our design processes. We are able to create small drops of each design, and tweak later batches to meet demand. We are able to select gemstones cut to our design specifications by working with family run dealerships, this enables us to reduce wastage and focus on maximising a conscious approach to creating.
Lastly, if our pieces do not sell well, we are able to melt down the silver in order to be reused in our recycled silver collections. In addition, we offer repair and replacement service, should your pieces be damaged.
